Seating die deforming bullets?

I have been reloading for my 223 with Hornady 75 BTHP's. Using the Hornady custom grade die with the sliding bullet seater, my bullets come out slightly deformed on my loaded rounds. There is an indention going all the way around the bullet where there is contact with the seater. I have not loaded any other bullet with this die, so it may just be that the jackets are very soft/thin. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Yes, I had the same problem with a set of Forster dies. I purchased a VLD type seating stem from Forster for $8 and it seats without marking the bullets now.
