Savage FCP-SR (308) bolt interchangeable with 12FV( 22-250 and 6.5 Creedmoor)?

Hey guys!
i was cleaning my savages and noticed my fcp-sr(308) bolt fits and cycle well in both my 12 FV’s(22-250 and 6.5 Creedmoor)! Is it safe to use it ? I am not a fan of the 12FV bolt at all, lol.

Not without checking the headspace.

I interchange bolts rather than change bolt heads. It negates a T&T, but works for me.

You have to check headspace when you use a different bolt head.

You can switch bolt heads between newer models. Pretty easy to do. Just don't get mixed up.

The bolts and bolt heads are the same length for all three.
I just noticed the 6.5 creedmor pin that pokes out (in front of the bolt head) is slightly cut.
