I have been a firearms enthusiast for many years, but only acquired any Savage firearms very recently when I purchased 2 rifles from an estate and then won a raffle for another rifle just 2 months later. I thought I might check out this forum for some advice.

THE ADMIRAL and I used to trailer a sailboat down to the Eastern Shore/Choptank River for a week every April (she was a teacher - spring break). I miss the jump on spring we got there. And the seafood!

Sounds like good times. I am about 20 minutes from the Choptank. They are still pulling some great oysters out of that river.
