Cheek Piece For Savage 12 LRP

Hello,

Those of you with Savage LRPs, what are you using for a good cheek weld piece? I was thinking about getting the Kydex Cheek Rest but I drilled into the HS Precision stock once to install a bipod rail and it was close to falling apart where I was drilling, it was powder/chalk like and difficult to drill but I got it done. If the butt stock area is the same material inside, it might be a pain to drill that to install the Kydex one. What do you recommend? I'm sitting at 2 1/4" high on my 56mm objective optic.

This is a good option. No drilling required.

And if you want they aren't to hard to make. I made one for my 12VLP, came out pretty good. Bought everything needed on Amazon.
