What's your favorite load for the above?

So far 36.2 Varget is working for the 123's

34.9 Varget is working for the 130 Berg's

I don't blame anyone for answering, these will run you nuts, but I almost have mine fine tuned!

Ok Dennis, this might help ya some i'm not sure. My savage 10fp action i put a McGowen 28' 9 twist barrel on it and remade a stock for it shooting 120gr sierra bullets in it. Here is what i found going over 3000fps,
3017 slowest
3027 fastes
3022 avg.
ES 9.81
sd 4.47 group size was 2.75 at 300yds. With 39.2grs of RL15 this load is to fast and open up my group alot.

Now here is my last test to slow my bullet down a little for better groups at 300yds. This was just a 3 shoot group to see where my speed was at.
2959 slowest 39.0grs of RL15
2965 fastest
2965 avg.
ES 5.8
SD 3.00 This was a better load as it gave .100 off my last group at 100 yds. Now i just have to see what it will do at 300yds to see how good it really is. This should be able to help ya some with your 123gr bullet some i hope good luck with it.

The below pictures speaks for itself! This load does dayum good at 600yds. I want to try it at 1000, just havn't found the range yet! I would love to get the 123L's and 130Bergers to shoot the same group, but some say it may not happen, the 120SMK might be the bullet for my gun!

Dennis, Thats some pretty nice shooting in any ones book, way to go. I run out of time to test my last load i worked up this year. But i'll be back at the range in the spring. You just keep working on that load for your 130 bullet, i'm sure you'l fine that load for it and let us know how things are going ok?
