Hi, just joined and own several Savage rifles, 2 old style model 24, a model 1906, a custom rifle built on a Savage target action, and a model 11 FCSN. One of the Model 24's I have owned for 64 years. The target gun is chambered in 6.5x47 Lapua and the model 11 is a 308.
