Purchased a 10 BA Stealth in 6.5 Creedmoore and will be using an SWFA 10x42 30mm with the factory rail. Any suggestions on scope rings to use?

I like the Warne Maxima. The low height, #213M, should be good with that scope. I have them on an IOR 2.5-10x42.

I like the Burris XTR Signature Rings you can adjust up to 40 MOA with the inserts and they don't mar your scope.

Nikon M series mounts. I run the + 20MOA M-223XR mounts. No difference between the 308 and 223 mounts.

Thanks for the suggestions. Are you using low or medium rings with the 10 BA Stealth?

Burris Signature 30mm rings don't come in low height. They made them for a very short time, but stopped when they had issues. Having an insert means the ID needs to be machined larger. The cut that allows compression on a rail was too close. They failed between that cut and the ID.

If you are looking to get as close as possible to the bore, get rid of the rail. The two piece mounts from Weaver(aluminum) and Warne(steel) sit about half as high as a rail. This is what it would look like:

4359

An eighth-inch Allen wrench won't pass unless the cap is flipped up. Even then, it's snug where the cap slips on the scope.
