Just got back from a family hunting trip to the black belt of Alabama and the rut is in full swing. My cousin does a fantastic job of wildlife management on the properties there.
My Nephew got his first Buck a nice 8 point. This is the same kid and his dad that Mr.Furious used on the site banner for a while when he was learning to shoot his little left handed rascal just 2 years ago. My nephew and his dad both had smiles you couldn't scrub off their faces with sandpaper. There were high fives and hugs all around as well as first buck initiations. Way to go G-man!
