Hello from New England, I have my grandfather's 99E take down. I believe that it's a 1930 s/n starts with 331 He did not buy the 410 barrel (wish he had) He used it quite a bit, my dad said his father used to shoot the heads off of partridges, plus shot many deer. I shot one myself with it when I was young! It's in great shape with plenty of patena. My father had the rear sight changed in the '70s and I may have the original somewhere and hopefully I will find it as I'm slowly going through all my stuff, lots of stuff.
I have my father's old Hamilton .22 single shot that's well used and rough, it breaks down into 2 pieces.
Also my Remington 521T bolt action .22 w/ sling from my childhood. I was a junior member at the local indoor range.
I also have a Beretta 92fs compact in Inox and am a member of the same range. Can't shoot the Savage there!
I've gotten back into HO slot cars. I had my old pioneer amp and tuner restored and got my turntable going again!
I have always been a car guy! That's it for now! We'll talk later!
