Greetings all, new to the forum and new to Savage rifles! Been mostly into Remington's, but the Savage rebates have finally gotten me to try some out to use as the foundation for budget "target" builds. I use target loosely as I am not a competitive shooter seeking single hole accuracy, just someone who likes to tinker. The relative ease of end user changes with Savage's is definitely attractive.
