About 6 years ago I purchased a Savage Axis 22-250,,have not had time to shoot it yet,,BUT,,hopefully soon I plan to shoot some dogs with it this year.There are a number of things I want to do like lightening the trigger poundage,,locate a reasonably priced silencer,,and purchase an electronic caller ( looking at Lucky Duck Rebel and Ico Tec GS320),,and night light,,PLUS have to sight in in yet!! Additionally planning on using it for Whitetail next season which I have the loads I we be experimenting with which are the Federal 62 gr Partitions,,and Winchester 64 grain,,see if those will stabalize out of my barrel,,will be using 55 grain Winchester Supremes for the dogs.
