My new 220 stock is so flimsy where the recoil pad is screwed on that the recoil pad slides inside the stock on one side when fired. Is there any replacement that will work but not increase the LOP? I may just send stock back and see if they have improved the flimsy stock.

Nothing that's a direct replacement that I'm aware of. Limbsaver used to make a slip-on pad that you put on in place of the stock pad on the factory stocks, but that's been 10+ years ago so not sure if they still offer it or not. Here's the review I did on one way back when...

Bought a Small/Medium slip Limbsaver slip on. I took the factory pad off and installed the slip on pad and it fits and performs pretty good.

Get a Boyds stock.. I purchased their Platinum style and paid for the checkering.. Nice looking gun and much better accuracy and handling.
