I may be asking the unreasonable, but could y'all tell me what you think /or have experienced as reasonable accuracy from a Mark II TRR-SR? At 50 yards, using good ammo (I've tried them all) a decent scope, a good rest, and no wind, have not been able to get less than a 2" group...is that the norm???

Thanks for taking the time to read this.......Happy Trails!

I wouldn't be too happy with that... Have you checked the torque on the action screws? Sometimes they make it out of the factory either too tight or loose... if you have access to something like a Fat Wrench, re-torque them to about 15-18 in/lbs. Mine will shoot 3/4" at 50 with Federal Gold Medal HV Match, and 1" to 1 1/4" with GemTech Subsonics.

I’d agree, would expect more than 2”. I’d think you could do 1/2.
Is you barrel floating freely? If you are pressuring the bipod, you might have the barrel coming in contact with the forearm.

Simple Answer is if you are shooting 2" at 50 yards have someone else shoot the rifle. If the groups are still the same send the rifle back to Savage.
