Ive been searching but cant seem to find details on the difference between the 16 and the 11 other than stainless barrel. Anyone help me out?

The 16 is stainless action also, the 11 is not stainless. take a look at the specifics for your caliber.

theres also the 11 DOA hunter package. that has a bushnell scope tho. and where im looking at the 2 the doa and the 16 trophy.
is the Nikon and stainless worth the 80$ more than the bushnell and not stainless.
with the rebates going on I feel I need to buy one of them atleast.

You're basically paying the extra $80.00 for the stainless upgrade. The scopes (whether Bushnell or Nikon) are pretty much a wash as far as quality goes. To be honest, I sold the scope off of my 11/111 Trophy hunter XP package along with the rings for about $80.00 and then put better rings and a Leupold 4-12x40 on mine.
