I have a model 10, blind mag, bottom bolt release, in a Mcmillan A5 stock. The trigger guard (metal version) sits proud of the stock and I was wondering if someone made one that fit more flush? I thought of inletting some more but I'd rather not if possible. I can live with the Savage one, but a flush one would be nice!

This is the common with McMillan and most other brands of aftermarket stocks. They use a "one size fits all" pattern that they use for all makes/models of guns, so unless your gun is the specific model it was designed around (usually a M700 for centerfire bolt-actions) you're going to have less than perfect (flush) fitting hardware. Sometimes they might be proud like yours, other times they may be recessed a bit - just depends on the stock design.
