best vintages of actions???

I am wanting to do a long action build, are the older actions better or the newer ones?? which action will mean less money spent in the end??

The current actions are the best built compared to older stuff made before 2008.
All of the current receivers are built on new Okuma CNC machining centers and the quality control is the best it's ever been. Some of the worst quality came out in the late 80's, early 90's. Anything with a serial # over G700,000 would be a sure bet.
