Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using TapatalkNone right now, sorry for the confusion. I meant that if you would like for them to offer a savage inlet let them know. It seems these companies wait until we ask and then its 8 months later that we see it.

Also, its a chassis so technically it is a drop in and has a full aluminum bed being the whole chassis would be aluminum and then polymer exterior.

I have asked them to make one for me which is a 10 bottom bolt.

If you have a specific request let them know and maybe we will have a few options available of the most popular ones asked about.

Sent from my SM-G928T using TapatalkOh lol... it's no trouble.. I found a Hogue with full bed and overmolded body... it's working out really well so far. Had to purchase a $14 magazine adapter plate but other than that it dropped right in... Hogue made one that fit the 28" shilen bull I put on... it's a tac driver now. Eventually I would like to goto a more tactical styled stock but for now she shoots perfect so I can't complainhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171004/7892c24383acb7db80faff67071618b5.jpg

Sent from my SM-G928T using TapatalkI'd love to have one for my model 11 trophy hunter... I just got done putting a 28" shilen ssm match bull barrel, precision lug and nut , 1.5-4 lb acuu spring and a Hogue full bedded stock.. she shoots 1/8th to unmeasurable moa at 100 yards now... I can't wait to get her out to the long ranges and see how she does. Yes I'm proud of her lolhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171005/c87ca2cca2e87aa4a5687c1aa8513c4c.jpg

Sent from my SM-G928T using TapatalkThank you :) I was very pleased with how she shoot, almost as pleasing was how easy it was to clean... this is the first hi end barrel I have owned, when I pushed the solvent soaked patch down the barrel it rang the whole way, the way a mirror rings when you have it clean and are wiping it down with windex... it was neat..

Never new that they didn't have anything for Savage with top bolt release. I hope enough of us write to them and request the Bravo. At that price point it would sell like hotcakes!

It seems like a chassis maker could clean up if they figured out how to copy and paste their inletting CNC data into their profiling CNC data the way Boyds has with wood stocks. Admittedly I don't know much about CNC machining, but the fact that once Boyds gets the inletting for a given firearm figured out they can immediately produce stocks for it in any of the available profiles is impressive. It seems like chassis manufacturers might want to copy that, especially if their chassis are made to order and not kept in inventory.

It occurs to me Boyds may use a duplicator for profiling their stocks, but their inletting is supposed to be CNCed.

A lot of these companies talk about how hard it would be yet its not the first inlet theyve made. You cant just increase or decrease the measurements?

And then whats funny is they say all this stuff and them 2 months later they have exactly what you asked for.

Upon further reflection it does make sense that chassis for different rifles would have to have profiles unique to that rifle. With a stock the inletting would be indexed off the grip, and the inletting would just continue forward. On a chassis you'd almost need to start at the magwell, and both the inletting and profiling would expand outward. There'd almost need to be two parts: a chassis and a bedding block. But that adds up to less rigidity, more bulk, and higher costs.

Im considering a Kreiger for my new build !!I was considering Krieger, criterion and shilen for my next build on my savage target action... I would love to try Krieger or criterion buy after seeing my shilen quality of their select match barrel... i don't know if I could make myself get anything other than another shilen... I certainly can't knock Krieger or criterion sim9ly because I've not tried them but I hate to mess with a good thing

Bumping this older thread to let anyone know that after contacting KRG about the Bravo, they said it is very unlikely they will be coming out with a Savage option for this model. They said with retooling and redesign, the price would be comparable to their 180 Alpha chassis and defeat the purpose.

Exactly the same response I got. I can’t figure out why it wouldn’t be worth it with the obvious demand for it b
