Bolt Operation Problem With New Savage Action

I bought a PTA with the 4.4" action screw spacing to fit my low-boy SSS stock.

The bolt operation if fine, but as soon as I install the barrel/action into the stock an tighten the action screws the bolt will not move up if it's down, or down if it's up.

Something must be binding, but I've not been able to figure out what is causing it.

Here's photo of the interior...perhaps one or more of you can suggest solutions to my problem.

Action screw bottoming into the bolt body? Or maybe bolt head.

Look for marks?

Is the back action screw protruding through the action and binding the bolt?

Thanks guys....it was the front action screw. I shortened it by 1/16" and it's all good to go.
