Help, Please With Info on PTA Action Screws........

I just bought a Savage target action, picked it up at my FFL, and found that they don't include actions screws.

Where can I find dimensions for the needed screws....I expect I can find them at the hardware store.

I need three screws, the action screws measure 4.4" from the front to the back hole.
