I am a gunsmith (http://www.brownells.com/search/index.htm?k=gunsmith&ksubmit=y). My M87D feeds, chambers, and extracts perfectly. I recently changed the broken extractor (band type) and ran 10 rounds (http://www.brownells.com/search/index.htm?k=rounds) wide-open with out a single problem. Next two range trips the rifle (http://www.brownells.com/search/index.htm?k=rifle) jammed almost constantly. The rifle (http://www.brownells.com/search/index.htm?k=rifle) is detail cleaned and lubed. I fire the rifle and purposely hold the trigger to the rear. The spent case, 98% of the time, ends up on the left side of the next round waiting to be chambered. I tilt the ejection port toward the ground and lightly depress the new cartridge and the brass falls to the ground. Please help me identify what is causing this issue and which part(s) need to be changed or adjusted.

I don't see an ejector in the parts list. What's supposed to kick the empty out??

The ejector is a small square on the top rear edge of the left feed lip.
