savage model 20

Hi Guys
Here in Oz we dont see many older savage rifles, until the other day a bloke brought in a Model 20 in 250/3000 in really nice condition but with out a bolt and a savage sporter in 32/20 which is in really nice condition without a mag. Apparently there was a bit of a feud between two brothers when their father died, one took the bolt from the mod 20 and the mag from the sporter and the other got the rifles. Both these brothers are now long gone and the one of the sons would like to shoot both rifles. Would it be possible to find a mod 20 bolt and the sporter mag? These rifle have nice shiny barrels and are worth preserving.

Mags for the .32-20 are available. Check e bay!! As for the bolt???? Again check e bay or the auction sites. Both fine little rifles!! Good luck!!

Finding a bolt for that rifle is going to be hard, very hard - especially down under. Even if you do manage to find one there's no guarantee the headspace will be correct with it.
