Howdy All,

Once upon a time... I was a ranger and competitive shooter. These days I'm a software engineer who doesn't get to the range nearly as often as I'd like. The only Savages I own are 99's at the moment but I'm very interested in building my own.

Those 99s? What's your chambering? I'm helping a friend make up some Sav 303 for his 99. He's lucky in that his is a 308 diameter. I've read some were 310 diameter. I think all the Sav 300's are 308 diameter.

I have 99's in .300 Savage, .308, and I may own one in .338 Federal before the end of the day.
