I have been waiting for over 3 months now for a trigger which I had to pay for, IN ADVANCE but never received. I have been polite and patient with Lisa, but no more. I have FIVE of their triggers, and I love them, but this is NOT how you treat customers. Goodbye, SSS, you lost a LOYAL customer.:mad:
