I am retired after 38 years as a professional Historical Archaeologist and Physical Anthropologist. I began shooting and hunting when I was 5 in Arkansas with my grandfather and have continued to do so ever since. I'm conservative by nature and adamant about gun rights and personal freedom. I do not practice political correctness, but I am not rude nor ill-mannered, but I do speak my mind. I reload rifle and hand gun ammo, shoot muzzle loaders and most recently started reloading and shooting black powder cartridge guns. I have shot competition with rifles, hand guns and shotguns and still do informally. I am currently residing in Arizona (the number 1 state for gun owners) and previously lived in New Mexico and Texas, with some time in Idaho. I look forward learning from this site how to be a better shooter.
