Ok I had to order a Boyd's right handed stock for my left handed action because they didn't offer the left handed stock in a heavy barreled option they said this would be my best bet. Well now I got the bolt handle notch done it seems to fit good but when you snug down the action screws the trigger doesn't reset. If I loosen the actions reed then it works fine. What do u guys think I possibly have going on? Any help would be great.

The trigger may be contacting the stock, check inside of trigger area. Most likely to find trigger contact where the wood screw is.

Wood screw for the trigger guard?

The screw at the rear of the trigger guard, unless things have changed, is threaded for wood, holds trigger guard to stock.

It's easier to just order a LH stock and open up the barrel channel for the barrel. Takes 15-20 minutes to do with a piece of pvc pipe and sandpaper.

My guess is either right or left hand inlet, you would probably have problems. That's a small thing to correct.

Well when i ordered my stock they told me the left handed model didn't have enough wood on the sides to open it up for the barrel I had. They don't make a left handed stock that I wanted that had enough room to be opened up that's why I did what I did. I did get it all fitted now the back of the trigger was hitting were the screw comes up I put a little spacer u see the trigger guard and took some wood out of that area.

Yeah, they told you wrong.

You did well.

It;s not all that unusual to have to do some final fitting and/or inletting.

Will they replace it when it breaks?
