Safety problem

Got a 110 newly purchased that has its safety sliding back and forth freely. Assume a spring is broken or missing. Which spring controls this and how do I get a new one?

Not new...newly purchased lol its 20 plus years old

Just had some gunk in it. Once I took it all apart I found a 3 screw trigger and a working safety :)
