I have a chance to buy a near new condition model 14 stainless in 308 calibur for 500 dollars is this a good deal

Awesome deal. Those are by far the nicest rifles Savage makes in my opinion, but I am a fan of the classic looks and nice walnut.

I just picked one up, same rifle. $675 and I was very happy with the purchase.
