I'll go with stomp on this one, had nothing but issues with vortex. The best vortex is a sightron or burris
i was looking for a long range target varmint scope a few years ago bought a Sightron 8x32x56 i really liked this scope purchased another one same model, i will say lat week we were shooting a steel plate at 650yds my buddy with 2 different new model Athlons, one was the midas and a new one that just came out recently, i could see the marks of the hits with the sightron, not the case with the Athlons, i know the sightrons are more expensive, but he was hoping the Athlons would do the job.
