Savage Arms MSR 15 Recon

Hello All,

I'm a little new to this forum so I don't know if this has been a thread in the past but here it goes. I recently ( yesterday) got the Savage Recon and I was wondering what optics you guys are running or would recommend. Right now, I'd mainly be using it for target practice (100-400 yards). But I am wanting to get into three gun as well. Anyone out there do three gun? What do you run on your AR?

If you're wanting to run 3-gun you're going to want a 1-6x or a 1-8x scope. Most every optic manufacturer offers something along these lines now so plenty to choose from. The new Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x would be an ideal solution that also wouldn't be to hard on the wallet.

One of the new Athlon scopes may be worthy of a look see also.
