I picked up 2 axis' in 223 and 6.5CM a few months ago when Cabelas had them on sale ($259). Just got both my rebate rebates back last week. 209/each....I'll take it! 👍

No sir, 259 on sale. After the rebate I had 209 in each of them.
Regular 329, sale was 259, after rebate 209

My heart says absolutely, but I'm not ready for it right now...we've been doin some work on the house, blah blah...and I've only been shooting 5 times this year!
I'd love to go back down and shoot there again!
Kinda kept my eyes open for a another savage shooters shoot down there [emoji6] .
Have you been there shooting lately?

Just sent my rebate for my 10flcp-sr in yesterday. Do you have to be a member to go to rock castle? Buddy of mine went for the 5k run n gun and I've been wanting to check it out

I'm not sure, but I think so. If Rosco checks this thread again he'll let us know. We went with him last year, and he's a member.

Come on down guys!! We can plan another day here in the next few months if anyone is interested, both myself and WinnietheBoom are members so I am sure we can make it happen. Friday afternoon we did make a quick stop to ThunderValley which is now littered with great steel to shoot and a new 3x3 target at 1600yds but sadly didnt not get a ton of shooting in.

The layout is much better than the last time!! Just let me know.

ThunderValley is the long range area of Rockcastle, you can shoot from 100 to 1600 yards.

They have a gap from 1150ish to 1600 where it is not possible to place targets. The 1600 is basically up in the tree line.
