New 10 FCP-K, Bolt not closing fully

Hi Guys,

Just picked up a new 10 FCP-K, however there is something weird going on with the bolt, it seems to be only rotating halfway (leaving the bolt handle perpendicular to the stock, not fully and down and into the recess in the stock).

It rotates enough to cock the firing pin and release it, but not enough to get the bolt handle into the recess or to engage the 'full safety' on the 3 position safety...

Any ideas what might be going on?

Well that took (and embarrisingly long) while to work outm but the answer was simple. The screws the shop used to mount the rail to the reciever were to long and were contacting the bolt head preventing it from rotating fully.
