New savage owner

Just got my hands on a 10 FL CP SR in 308. Pretty sweet rifle. Will be putting an EGW 20 MOA base on it for longer shots and mounting a Bushnell elite tactical 3200 10x40 scope. Based on my measurements scope ring with a height of .50 inches would be adequate. Objective diameter is 48.5 mm but I'm planning on 50 with scope covers. Any suggestions, recommendations, comments etc. are appreciated. Thanks.
