M25 or BTCSS

Hi all,

I am thinking about getting a 25 lightweight varminter t or a 12 btcss, in .223 and am looking for some advice or thoughts. The gun would be used for target shooting only to about 600 yards or so.

I know there are no absolutes, but in general, which is more accurate and do the thumbhole stocks work ok with scopes without having to build up the cheek rest using external components or risers?
