I have a new BTVSS 22mag that I had a gunsmith clean up the bolt to reduce misfires. It still misfires once in a while but not as bad as when I first got it.
I notified Savage of the problems I was having and they apologized and offered an extra magazine as a consolation. I opted for the 10 round.
This weekend was the first time I've used it and it seems to jam up quite a bit. This is the same mag used in both 22mag and 17hmr and I'm wondering if there is a fix for this problem.
This is frustrating.
