Guys,
I bought a 110 from a guy a while back and can't seem to find the correct scope mount for it. The serial number is F725810. It's pre Accutrigger, I know that. Just need info on the exact model in order to find the correct mount. Thanks in advance.
Joe

I usually just look for "flatback" 110 or "roundback" 110 for all of mine, depending on which action it is. Has always worked for me.

And, it seems to me that all the factory two piece bases are actually interchangable on the round back 110, 10 and Axis models.

Since it's a 110, it's a long action. And as AZ mentioned, the only thing that matters is whether it's a flat back or round back action. And of course whether it's a lefty or righty too.

Why would a left hand model have a different scope mount?

Inquiring minds would like to know.

If it is a one piece mount, it has a section milled out so you can use your fingers to stuff cartridges into the internal mag easier.

Wow!! I never knew that... I just went and bought a one piece rail and slapped it on... I either have gotten lefty mounts by luck everytime, or my fingers are small enough to have never noticed a problem.

Good to know, I'll pay more attention from now on.

What about this? EGW 1-Piece Picatinny-Style Scope Base Savage 110 Through 116 Flat Rear Long Action Matte

EGW is one of the most recommended for a 1 piece base. I went with the Blackhawk 20 MOA rail on my 260 build and it works just fine too.

I have used EGW and Warner.

If you are going long range, get a 20 MOA base.
