When I started this project I thought to myself, "Do I really want to follow the rabbit down that hole?" This "rifle" started as a Savage 510 pistol. I really wanted the right port left bolt combo and being left handed to begin with there are few options. I had to modify the action screw locations but with a Shilen 28" barrel and new Savage Basix trigger a F-Class rifle was born. Definitely not a project for the faint of heart.... http://i755.photobucket.com/albums/xx199/uplandhunter67/IMG_1790_zpsqftz1zzb.jpg?t=1489945759http://i755.photobucket.com/albums/xx199/uplandhunter67/IMG_1789_zpsa5uiyzai.jpg?t=1489945763

Thank you. It has been about a year in the making. The stock is a heavily modified Savage factory varmint stock. I installed the Graco adjustable buttplate and the Warner Tool cheekpiece wheel.

Thanks for the info.... I'm also a lefty and I went with the Boyds Pro Varmint on mine. I went Criterion(260 Rem Match) as apposed to Shilen, but really like how yours looks. My barrel should be here in the next 3-4 weeks I'd guess.

Nice Glass too BTW!!! :)
