Hey everybody,
Just joined the forum after purchasing my first Savage last week. I got a Model 10FCP-SR in 308 and plan on getting an Axis 2 in 308 as well as a backup rifle. I've always been interested in shooting but living in NJ just wasn't a good time to get a hold of the guns I wanted. I moved to South Texas a few years ago and have access to a pretty decent outdoor range now. Since I've gotten here, I've collected 5 guns with my eye on a few more. I'm really interested in getting into some longer range shooting and hunting with this Savage and so far I love it. I have it temporarily setup with a Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40 and getting ready to test some groups with grains 150-175, AMAX and HPBTs to see what this gun likes to eat.
I do have a question before I buy the Axis 2. I'm really interested in getting an MDT stock in the future for the 10FCP-SR so I was wondering whether I could swap all the Axis parts into the 10FCP-SR's Accustock.
