If there's someone on the forum who regularly gets your dander up or gets under your skin, we encourage you to use the Ignore User option as a preventative measure to help ensure you don't lash out in response and get yourselves in trouble with the moderators. By adding a user to your ignore list you will no longer see the content of their posts by default. The space for their post will still be their and show their name, but instead of the content of their post showing you will see a link to show the post and a link to remove the person from your ignore list.

The following steps detail how to access your ignore list:

1. Click on "Settings" in the top right corner of any page
2. Click on "Edit Ignore List" in the "My Settings" section of the left-hand menu.
3. If you already have people on your ignore list they will be listed here.
4. Type the person's username into the provided field and click the "Okay" button to ignore them.

To remove someone from your ignore list simply to go your Edit Ignore List page, uncheck the box next to their name and click the button to save changes.
