Does or did Savage ever offer a mod 10 in large shank? Thanks!

It is possible, but unlikely. I would say you have a 1% chance of finding one, if it was ever made. Savage is a company that will throw you for a loop every once and a while.

Thanks, had a guy selling a 300 WSM that he pulled off a 10, said it was a large shank. It turned out that it was, but I couldn't use it. Thanks for the reply

I have a few of the 12's w/large shank....

'M' series started life as s/shot 223s in 24" unfluted SS or CM blue heavy

Non Accue trigger.....syn stock....great platform rifles....

Mine all now have Pac Nors screwed in them now......
