Which model of savage in a .243 with a metal bottom/trigger guard and DBM is the cheapest to buy?

Reason is i had a model 11 TPH and wanted to switch the stock to a B&C medalist stock and i would have had to change the bottom to metal and inlet it and whatever else was needed and i wanted no part of it.

I would just like to buy a stock and slap it on, a little finishing work on my side with a dremel isn't an issue, but i dont want to mess with changing out the whole bottom.

So the short of it, in search of a cheap savage rifle in 243 that a stock can be swapped out easily on...if it exists.

Thanks,
Dave

17825 FCNS .243 can be found for less than $530... sell off the Accustock for $50, keep the bottom metal. Only problem is it's a bottom bolt release. Might be an issue for you, might not.

Might have to search a little...
