Savage 12 FV in .308 - part it or shoot it?

Anyone know the twist rate on the model 12FV in 308 with 26 inch varmint barrel? Being a Cabelas special, I can't find any information on the Savage website.

all of their 308 are, and I think it says so on the site

Their site has twists... i remember them all but .308...

The F/TR in 308 has a 12 twist. All others seem to be 10 twists. The only 26 inch carbon steel barrel in 308 that I could find was on the 11/111 Long Range Hunter. It too was 10 twist.

Guess mine wasn't an original thought. Starting to see those 12 FV barrels and stocks on Ebay now...
