45 degree mount off the rail. Screw a rail to the forearm. Just a couple of ideas...

I've thought about the 45, I don't really want to screw anything to the stock,
theres a hunting show on the sportsman network call pitman, he was using a savage with the rail I'm trying to find, he was actually shooting a gator with it.

I ended up going with a 45 off set.
the rail system I was looking at is on the 110 savage ba in 300 win mag or 338 lap ya.

Can you post a pic of your rig? Love to see it. Have thought about doing it myself.

Oh yeah, the chassis systems have those types of extended rails. I have never seen ones that just mount on the action and hang over.
