I don't know about "best" for you, but I like Shooter, by Sean Kennedy

Shooter is good, but also a big fan of BallisticsARC by GeoBallistics.

I found BulletDrop to be effective but stay away from Lapua's new ballistic app. It is full of bugs!

Ballistics advanced edition, I have been using it for 2 years and has t is great. Good amount of preloaded bullets with g1 g7 sectional density and length. You can input wind values at any distance or any angle.

Strelok

4 years now, and it's been great. Store your rifel data, load data for ea rifle.

1st round hits to 690yds on Whitetail - DRT.

I've got 7 rifles programmed in with at least 3 loads ea.

Finally once you have everything entered you also have an option for a reticle picture. So if I am zero'd at 200, and have a 600yds shot, It will show me where in the reticle I need to line up. Or you can chart and dial up.

Over all it has been 100% consistant for me.

I've used all 3 versions, Free, Plus, and Pro, and will continue. It's a great very easy program. I got by with the Free version for 2 years and it was spot on out to 475yds, for me. (Never shot further with it)

+1 for BallisticsARC. I bought the upgrade and have several rifles in the data. It also gives barometric pressure wind velocity and direction. Neat app.

I went ahead and got it. I have played with it some but waiting to get to the range to really put it to use. The interface was straight forward and easy to use. I wished that it had a better truing feature.

I've been using Strelok Pro for the last two years, and just purchased Ballistics AE to try it out. Definitely like how rifle and load data is entered/stored in Strelok Pro, though BAE does have the built-in target scoring/measuring tool which is nice.

My only real complaint with Strelok Pro is how the scope reticles are listed, and I shot an email off to the creator recommending he set them up like the bullet selector where you first pick the manufacturer from a list to bring up a list of their reticle options.

I've had Strelok PRO for a couple years and really like it. I've also had shooter for about 6 months and find the information very accurate but don't think it's as user friendly as Strelok. Mine are both on androids not iPhone by the way.

Not sure how they compare in that regard.
