View Full Version : Ballistics Program for PC

I found a thread on SniperForums.com, but I couldn't open it on the site, nor on Tapatalk. I'm looking for ballistics programs that I can use on a computer rather than a phone. I will be picking up a new computer solely for this purpose and I want to know what's out there and what would work best for ME, being as I'm new to this world of electronics. I'm wanting a program that will help with ballistics, can remember load data, and even measure groupings for me. Anyone have any idea? I also plan on picking up a chronograph as well, and is like some recommendations on that as well.

Need to know what version of windows you will be using, most likely win 10 if you are buying a new computer then what version of windows will the Ballistics program be using ???

That's what I'm asking. I can get one downgraded to a previous version of Windows (or whatever Chromebooks use). I'm mainly looking into the programs. I can build or buy a computer around it.

Chromebooks use the Chrome OS.
No one can tell you, what you like best; that's up to you.

But if you link the thread from the Hide, I'm sure one of us can tell you what you were looking at, that wouldn't open.

I measure groups myself, so can't help you with that. Not sure about computer based, I like having my calc and load info with me, so I run on mobile.
