Old guy as noobie that has been shooting a while. I am interested in long range shooting and will be using my Stevens Model 200 to begin until the budget allows for any improvement...we'll see. I'd love to trade up to a .308 at some point but right now it's not in the cards. My wife is losing her job next month and it'll likely be a while until she finds another, if ever. We'll be fine because we've had the time to prepare for this lifestyle change. But a new rifle may not be in my future for a while. Glad I picked a good one as a basis for my locker. Also glad to be here.
