Synthetic stock

Does anyone know of a classic style stock for the Axis in a synthetic that won't break the bank? I am looking for ideas to replace the factory stock, but I want a synthetic.

As far as I know there are no synthetic aftermarket stocks for the axis. Boyd's and Sharp Shooter Supply are about the only
two for a stock and there both laminate. There are a couple chassis for it too.

Hi all,
My stock synthetic stock is about 1 inch too short. I called Savage and got no help.
I'm looking to add another 1 inch Hard plastic spacer plate to the one that is already there. Or replace it with a 2 inch.
The molded form of this spacer would be hard to reproduce.
Has anyone tried this? Does anyone know where i can attain another spacer like the one on my stock?
Any help would be great, i would like to keep the stock ,but i need more length.

My problem was the opposite. I ended up removing the spacer on my stock and reshaping the gummy recoil pad to fit. my LOP is about 12 3/4" now, just right for me. I saved the spacer I removed. Your welcome to it if you think it would help.
