I have an older Savage model 10, flat rear, non accu-trigger action. It used to be a .223, barrel removed. I tried putting that action into a newer stock and it seems the holes for the action do not line up. Does anyone know if the older Savage action were in fact different and where can I get a newer stock for that action to fit?
