Alright all you Savage savvies... I have an 11VT in 223 that shoots great. However, I am really starting to dislike the axis style mag it uses. How can I or what parts do I need to convert it over to accept the nicer mags found on a regular model 11.
I did a little research, but found little info on what interchanges with what. + I don't want to buy something that won't fit correctly. Hopefully someone else is as annoyed as I am with the axis mag and has done the swap.
Or am I out of luck and will have to buy a new stock? If so, will a regular model 11 dbm stock fit? Thanks in advance.
