I purchased a model 11 trophy hunter xp for a hunting rifle. After adding a vortex pst 4-16x50 and a bipod I feel like it's starting to get up there in weight. I'm not a big fan of the cheap Tupperware stock so I have been looking for a stock upgrade. I have looked at Boyd's, bell and Carlson, stockade, houge and a few others. I have found that they all seem pretty heavy 2.5# plus. Now I have considered trying to find a accustock takeoff and going with that. What are you guys thoughts on a stock that will give me a little more rigidity but still lightweight? How much do accustock take offs go for? Anyone have one they want to part with?
