What calibers can be built on a savage standard SA?

Can I build a .284WIN or a 300WSM on a standard SA small shank barrel without pressure concerns?

My 284 Win is in a small shank 111 long action. If I could do it all over again I would do it in the short action. Mine shoots fine with 50.6 gr of H4350, no pressure signs. Could go higher, but it shoots really good at that charge weight.

That sounds good, I have a .284 barrel already. (Project gone cold).

Anyone knoww own if I could do a 300WSM on a standard action or will I have to goto the Magnum action ?

Yes you can/ no you can't are the two likely answers you will get. I believe that Savage built 300 WSM on a small shank actions before going to the large shank, so there's that. If a barrel manufacture feels they can safely produce a 300 WSM for a small shank Savage action then the risk (great or small) is yours. One last thing, I have never heard of one failing without being abused, but I Am No Expert!
